5 Day Kakadu, Katherine & Litchfield Safari Tour<

The 5 Day 4WD Kakadu, Katherine Gorge & Litchfield Safari explores Kakadu National Park, Litchfield Park and Nitmiluk National Park (Katherine Groge) in Northern Australia in a small group with a maximum of 16 passengers.

Accommodation is camping in Permanent Tents for 3 nights, and 1 night at Gunlom Falls where tents need to be erected. Every Campsite on the tour has Hot Showers and Flushing Toilets. Swags are also carried on the tour, for those with a keen sense of Adventure, it's also possible to sleep out under the stars around the campfire.

The vehicle used is a large comfortable 4WD truck with forward facing seats and air conditioning.

It's an Adventure tour with a great mix of comfort and activities, Kakadu Katherine & Litchfield are amazing wilderness destinations full of waterfalls, swimming, boat cruises, crocodiles & Aboriginal Culture.

Kakadu is a fantastic destination with a huge variety in landscapes, wildlife and seasons, as a result the itinerary for this tour is built to match, which means it's very flexible and changes from month to month depending on what's hot and what's not.

The highlights* of the 5 Day Kakadu, Katherine, Litchfield Safari Tour are Jim Jim Falls, Twin Falls, Barramundi Gorge, Florence Falls, Buley Rockhole, Ubirr Rock & Nourlangie Rock, plus plenty of places you probably haven't heard of like, Marrakai Floodplain, White Lily Billabong, Corroboree Billabong & Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre.

National parks visited on this safari include Kakadu National Park, Litchfield National Park and Nitmiluk National Park (Katherine Gorge)

Hikes include a hike to the Jim Jim plunge pool (2km), plus a selection of other walks throughout the tour and a private boat cruise on Corroboree Billabong.

Aboriginal culture is very strong in Kakadu, the Kakadu tour visits the Warradjan Aboriginal cultural centre and Nourlangie Rock, one of the best places in the world to view indigenous rock art. Your guide will also discuss with you the many aspects of this rich and varied culture.

* Jim Jim Falls, Twin Falls and Barramundi Gorge, are normally open between June and November, any Kakadu destination can be closed by the National Parks at any time without notice. If a destination is closed, it will be substituted with something else really good.
